4 TRS candidates file nomination for MLC poll

Home minister Mahmood Ali was among four the TRS candidates who filed their nominations for the MLC elections on Monday. The three other TRS candidates who filed their nominations were Seri Subhash Reddy, Satyavathi Rathod, and Y Mallesham.

CM K Chandrasekhar Rao has assigned responsibility to different ministers to oversee the process of filing of nominations. When Mahmood Ali filed his nomination, minister T Srinivas Yadav was present along with MLAs Kaleru Venkatesh, Danam Nagendar and Maganti Gopinath. For Seri Subhash Reddy, minister V Prashanth Reddy, T Harish Rao, Padma Devender Redddy and Kranti Kiran



were present. 

At the time of filing Satyavathi Rathod filing her nomination, minister E Dayakar Reddy and MLAs Redya Naik, T Rajaiah and Vinay Bhaskar were present. Y Mallesham who filed his nomination was accompanied by minister Ch Malla Reddy, and MLAs K T Rama Rao, K Yadaiah and Vivekanand. 

In addition, AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi nominated Mirza Riyaz Ul Hassan Effendi , GHMC corporator from Dabeerpura division as MLC candidate form their party. Hassan, a second time corporator, filed his nomination on Monday.
