5-month pregnant woman booked Case Against accused who refused to marry her

Hyderabad: A 29-year-old Borabanda woman went to the SR Nagar police station in Ameerpet and claimed that a man who had promised to marry her had cheated on her and raped her.

The woman, who works as a junior artist and YouTuber, is now five months pregnant and claims she was sexabused under the guise of marriage.

Her statement says that she got in touch with Rohith Khan, a 26-year-old, two



years ago, and that they got close, which led to the accused proposing to her for marriage.

However, when the accused allegedly abused and threatened the victim in addition to refusing to marry her, differences between the two grew.

Based on her complaint, the SR Nagar police have opened an investigation into the matter and booked her for rape, criminal intimidation, cheating, and other offenses.
