685 Swine flu cases reported

Health and Family Welfare officials on Tuesday stated that over 685 out of 6,657 samples were found to be positive for Swine flu. They also said four persons died of the disease. 

According to the data from August 1 to December 18, the officials clarified that no deaths occurred during December and sufficient stock of medicines were available in all district area hospitals. The officials made it clear that there were enough testing kits and kits for



Viral Transport Medium (VTM).

The officials advised the citizens to seek medical help immediately if symptoms of Swine flu like high fever, sneezing, cough and body pains persisted.The citizens were also advised to take Homeopath medicine as a preventive measure under the guidance of Homeopathy doctor. 

Medicine is available free of cost in Government Homeo Hospital at Ramanthapur and AYUSH dispensaries.
