69 firefighters get promotion in Telangana

Around 69 firefighters deputed to the Telangana State Disaster Response and Fire Services Department have been promoted to the rank of leading firemen.

Director General (Fire Services) Y. Nagi Reddy issued orders pertaining to the promotion on Sunday.

Among those promoted, 40 are from



Charminar zone, six each are from Jogulamba, Bhadradri, Basara and Yadadri zones. Five more are from Rajanna zone.

While congratulating their promotions, Nagi Reddy appreciated their services so far and also advised them to work with much more dedication and zeal.
