Akhil Mahajan assumes charges as Adilabad SP

Superintendent of Police Akhil Mahahan said that he would strive hard to bring police closer to the public using innovative means. He took over from SP Gaush Alam here on Monday.

Speaking on the occasion, Akhil said that he would lay a special



focus on anti-social activities along the borders of the district, besides controlling crimes and maintaining law and order. He stated that efforts would be made to eradicate smuggling of banned ganja. Rowdy-sheeters would be opened against gangsters and trouble creators.
