Chairman of TS Wakf Board, Mr. Mohammed Saleem claimed that educational institutions run by Anwar-ul-Uloom Educational Society are wakf properties. Wakf Board has concrete proof supporting it.Talking to newsmen on 16th October, Mr. Saleem told that High Court has granted interim relief but it did not agree that these are not wakf



properties.

CEO of Wakf Board, Mr. Mannan Farooqui told that four different writ petitions were filed in High Court by Wakf Board but no hearing took place on these petitions. He also refuted that permanent stay order has been granted. Wakf Board will file a petition within four weeks to get it vacated.
