Application forms for Haj 2017 will be issued on Jan 2

Haj application forms will be issued on January 2 by Deputy Chief Minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali at Haj House. The last date for submitting the forms along with

supporting documents such as passport copy, address proof is January 24.

Applicants should enclose pay-in-slip of Rs.300 drawn on SBI or any branch of UBI.

Sir, Is it mandatory to submit the same person who are going to Hajj or any other guardian and passport copy, Adress proof along with DD of 300 in SBI is enough or if any other required please intimate
