RTC JAC convener Ashwathama Reddy on Monday said talks were the only way out of the stalemate over the 24-day RTC strike.
Speaking to the media after the High Court hearing on the RTC strike here, Reddy urged Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao to sort out the issue at the earliest. “Talks on our demands and
issues will build confidence among workers,” he said.
During the hearing, arguments were made on bills which were to be released to the corporation from the government, Reddy said and appealed to the employees not to attempt suicides as it was not the solution to their demands.
