Warm-hearted nurses of Aster Prime Hospital showing compassion for the underprivileged and homeless shivering in the cold on city streets, stepped forward to extend a helping hand.
Around 50 homeless individuals in the SR Nagar area received blankets as part of this initiative. Nearly 120 nurses pooled contributions from their
earnings to purchase these blankets and distributed them for free to those living on the streets.
Deciding to celebrate the New Year in a meaningful way by providing relief to the homeless from the biting cold, the nurses on Tuesday evening visited the SR Nagar area and distributed blankets to 50 individuals sleeping on the streets.
