The notification said It has come to notice of Railways that some unscrupulous elements / touts are trying to dupe innocent people/ unemployed youths with false promises of providing them jobs in India Railways under Railway Minister Quota. On certain occasions they have also set up fake website for this purpose. AT times, they promise jobs under Railway Minister Quota using forged / fake documents, communications, e-mails and websites to authenticate their case.
‘Remember, the
process of recruitment in the Railways is carried only through 21 Railways
Recruitment Boards (RRBs) and 16 Railway Recruitment Cells (RRCs) for various
categories of Group ‘C’ and erstwhile Group ‘D’ posts and
not by any other
agency. They are given wide publicity
through Centralized Employment Notifications (CENs).
CEN is published through Employment News / Rozgar Samachar and an indicative notice is given in National Daily and Local Newspapers. The CEN is also displayed on the official websites of RRBs/ RRCs. The website address of all RRBs/ RRCs is mentioned in the CEN.
Kindly also note that no Railway Minister Quota recruitment is in existence on Indian Railways. The public is requested to beware of such elements / touts who may try to dupe and misguide with false promises of getting them selected for the job in Indian Railways on illegal consideration like duping in the name of Railway Minister Quota recruitment.
