CLP leader Bhatti Vikramarka on Friday expressed confidence that his party, if elected to power, can implement all the six guarantees it has given to the people.
"There would not be any fund crunch for implementation of these guarantees if every penny collected from the people in the form of taxes is properly utilized without any exploitation and extraction of commissions by those in power, as is the case now," he said.
He said the BRS government and chief minister Chandrasekhar Rao hatched a conspiracy to see that the people of the state "do not get" the benefits of the six schemes announced by the Congress, and appealed to the people to counter the
conspiracy.
The Congress leader said there was huge corruption in the form of commissions in the implementation of various schemes like Kaleswharam by the BRS government led by KCR.
‘There will not be any need for our government to take `50,000 crore loans, like BRS did, in the guise of projects like Kalleshwaram. "Instead, we will spend funds from the budget to create employment opportunities for the unemployed youths and families," he said.
Bhatti Vikramarka attended a booth-level cluster meeting in Ramannapalem village in Errupalem mandal in Madhira assembly constituency.
