Hyderabad: Telangana BJP President Dr. K. Lakshman has accused the TRS Government of misusing Central funds.

Speaking to media persons in Bhongir on Thursday, Lakshman said that the Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao has created chaos in the State by implementing his personal agenda. He said that the TRS Government has not only diverted funds released by the BJP-led NDA Government at the Centre for Telangana, but also misused them.

He said that the BJP would raise these issues during the budget session of Legislative Assembly beginning from Friday. He said that the TRS has failed to implement the



promises that it made with the people during statehood movement and elections.

He said instead of fulfilling the promises, KCR have been focusing on vote bank politics.

Lakshman condemned the Chief Minister for promising 12% Muslim reservation. He said that the BJP would strongly oppose the move as it was unconstitutional to give reservation on the basis of reservation.

He also demanded strict implementation of SC, ST Sub-Plan by allocating more funds.

The BJP chief said that KCR has been trying to exploit people using Telangana sentiments.
