The Telangana BJP would organise Chalo Assembly on March 24 for opposing the government’s proposed decision of reservations for Muslims in the State. At a meeting of State office bearers held at the party office, State President K Laxman called up on the party cadre to reach Assembly on Friday.
Laxman said that even
after knowing that the reservations based on religion are against the Constitution, the Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao made a statement that the government would bring the 12 per cent reservation bill in the current session of Assembly. He called upon the people to take part in the Chalo Assembly call given by party’s Yuva Morcha.
