Karimnagar: Former Union minister and Rajya Sabha member Prakash Javadekar on Sunday exhorted Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rule at Karimnagar, claiming that the BJP will form the government in the state this year and Centre in 2024.
Javadekar, who was in Karimnagar for the BJP’s Maha Sampark Abhiyan, held a press meet with mediapersons at a private hotel on Sunday.
Javadekar said that with the BJP ideology of ‘Sab Ka Saath, Sab Ka Vikas, Sab Ka Vishwas and Sab Ka Prayas’ the Modi government was successful in reaching all sections of people.
"The development which did not take place in 70 years of the Congress government has taken place in just nine years under the BJP government, along with several historical decisions that bettered the image and prestige of the country, making it third in the world for economy development," he said.
"The BJP government is working for 24 hours (a day), because of which as many as 41 crore people
came out of poverty. Modi, living like a Karma Yogi, is striving hard for the well-being of every section of people in the country," he said.
Javadekar said that the BJP government never showed discrimination against the Telangana state. "Even Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao, on a number of occasions, praised Modi’s government for its support to Telangana government," he said.
"The Centre has given all permissions for the construction of mighty Kaleshwaram project, sanctioned Smart City projects to Karimnagar, started the National Thermal Power project and renovated Ramagundam Fertilizers Company in Peddapalli district, alongside construction works of several national highways and approvals for new railway lines from Karimnagar to Hasanparthy," he said.
Javadekar said that the people are fully aware of the developments and are ready to hand over the reins at the Centre to BJP for a third consecutive time in 2024.
