Akbaruddin
Owaisi of All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen on Saturday asked people to
test him and vote for AIMIM in the upcoming BMC polls.
Addressing
a rally in Muslim dominated area of Govandi which comprises of slum areas,
where water supply remains
an issue and an area which is infested with mafias
who sell water and electricity illegally, Owaisi promised 40 litres of water
for Rs 1 and two time meals for Rs 5.
"We
provide meals to poor for Rs 5 in Hyderabad. We a will do the same in Mumbai. I
am aware about the problems in Mumbai. The reason for taking Rs 1 for 40 litres
of water is that the facility can be maintained. I request people to test this
young man once. Give us a chance we will not fail you," said Owaisi.
Do you think AAP will perform better in Delhi polls without alliance?
