Body of youth found in Hyderabad, police suspect murder

The Kukatpally police investigating the death of S Kiran Kumar (28), whose body was found in a lake earlier this week, suspect he was murdered. Police said Kiran Kumar, from Moosapet, was jobless and addicted to alcohol. 

He often harassed family members and friends for money to



drink. It is suspected that on January 27, he was killed and his body thrown in the Maisamma Cheruvu. His body was recovered on Monday and the police initially booked a case of suspicious death. With autopsy revealing he was murdered, efforts are on to identify and nab the killers, police said.
