Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) launched a digital initiative ‘Go Digital’ across the country to facilitate Bharatgas customers to book and pay digitally.
The options available are multifarious ranging from a simple WhatsApp hi to 1800224344 or a miss-call to 77109-55555 to book a cylinder and also app-based facilities such as Bharatgas mobile app, Amazon Pay, Paytm, Phone Pe and Google Pay to digitally pay and book for the refill.
This is a part of BPCL’s
efforts to enhance efficiency and convenience to its customers across the nation. These initiatives help in maintaining the social distance substantially and contactless payment during delivery of LPG Cylinders, a press release said.
BPCL has an LPG active customer population of 26.83 lakh families in Telangana and 40,000 cylinders per day were delivered at the door of every customer through its network of 249 domestic LPG distributorship.
