Karimnagar: The minds of Congress and BJP leaders have become blank after seeing the manifesto of the BRS party that was released by Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao. Unable to digest the well-conceived manifesto, they are making baseless statements that our party has copied schemes announced by the Congress party in Karnataka, said IT minister and BRS working president K.T.Rama Rao after inaugurating the party office in Rajanna Sircilla district on Monday.
The Chief Minister waived off farm loans on two occasions. "The scheme, which I liked the most is the ‘KCR bima’, which has been included in the election manifesto," he said.
Treat the party manifesto like you would the Bhagavad Gita, Quran and Bible and explain about the schemes by reaching out to every section of people, he urged his party men.
BRS is a reflection of Telangana people’s self respect. The land for construction of the party office was donated by Prof .Konda
Laxman Bapuji, he recalled. The BRS party, which has more than 60 lakh soldiers, should exist forever. Keeping this in mind, permanent buildings to house party offices have been constructed in all the districts, he explained. They must become a venue for people who wish to conduct inter-caste marriages.
If any party worker wishes to conduct a family function, then the party offices must be allotted to them at discounted rates, he suggested. Whenever, any opposition leader abuses or criticises party workers, then they should hold press meets in the party office and counter such malicious statements.
Rao appealed to party activists to explain to the people about the developments that have been achieved by the BRS government in its nine years and then ask them for votes.
"Work for 45 days for me. I will work for five years for your sake and for the welfare of the people," he said.
