BSNL international Wi-Fi launched in Telangana

BSNL International Wi-Fi service in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh was launched by Sujata T Ray, Director (HR & Finance) BSNL in the city on Thursday. L Anantharam, CGMT Telangana Circle and Dr A John Thomas, CGM, NATFM were also present on the occasion. Dr Syam Sunder Sunkara of TCS was the first customer of the service.

A statement released by BSNL said, “The service is offered in collaboration with M/s TATA Communications Ltd.,



through 44 million Wi-Fi hotpots spread across more than 100 countries. The service can be used by postpaid/prepaid customers of BSNL without International roaming subscription. “

The service offers unlimited data usage at high speed in international roaming. The package charges are Rs 999 for seven days, Rs 1,599 for 15 days and Rs 1,999 for 30 days. The packages can be purchased online through BSNL Portal or  MyBSNL App.
