Bus Stolen From Mehdipatnam TSRTC Depot

Unidentified person drove away a private bus hired by the TSRTC from the Mehdipatnam depot parking lot, Asifnagar police said on Tuesday. Bus driver G. Narasimha came to the depot early on Monday and found that the bus had disappeared. Narasimha alerted depot manager B.V.K Murthy and other personnel who searched the parking lot but couldn’t find the



bus.

Police said the bus had been parked on October 29 night after the last passengers were dropped off. The bus used to operate on the Mehdipatnam-Chevella route. 

Based on a complaint, police registered a case are going through the CCTV footage.
