Car crashes into truck on ORR

One person was injured when a car crashed into a stationary truck and burst into flames on the ORR at Pedda Amberpet on Saturday.

The incident occurred when the driver of the car, who was allegedly driving quite fast, was proceeding from Shamshabad towards Ghatkesar. Due to the impact, the car caught fire and was gutted in the blaze. The truck was partially



damaged.

Those passing by rushed to the car driver’s rescue and saved him. He was shifted to hospital.

On receiving information, fire station personnel from Hayathnagar rushed to the spot and doused the fire. 

The police are investigating. They are verifying if the driver was in a drunk condition when the mishap occurred.
