Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy would meet former Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao in Hyderabad on Thursday. From the airport, the chief minister will directly go to the house of KCR in Banjara Hills to inquire about his health.
A press release from the CMO said Jagan Reddy would start from his residence in Tadepalli at 10am and fly to Hyderabad. After lunch there, the CM would return to Tadepalli.
Sources said the luncheon meeting was part of the courtesy call from Jagan Reddy in the wake
of KCR’s recent hip replacement surgery. BRS working president KT Rama Rao and a few other leaders were likely to be present.
Jagan Reddy had called Rama Rao soon after learning about KCR’s surgery last month and wished him speedy recovery.
Chandrashekhar Rao is recovering steadily and is able to move around in the house with the help of a walker. He is undergoing physiotherapy and his health is being monitored by a team of doctors from the Yashoda Hospitals.
