Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao on Saturday laid foundation stone for his new official residence and camp office. .
The new building which would be constructed on a sprawling 8.90 acres located beside the existing camp office at Punjagutta in the city will have a big conference hall, facility to hold meeting with foreign delegates, special enclosure for those who come to meet
him, and parking slots for the vehicles.
The new building would be equipped with modern technology including video conferencing facility to hold meeting with Collectors, Ministers and review meetings with all departments. Chief Minister’s wife Shobha , Special Chief Secretary to Roads and Buildings Sunil Sharma and CMO officials were present on the occasion.
