CM KCR to greet Governor on his birthday

Governor ESL Narasimhan’s residence, witnessed a frenetic activity on Friday as a steady stream of visitors continued to flock it from morning to evening for the whole day to wish him on his 71st birthday.

If AP CM N Chandrababu Naidu flew down to Raj Bhavan from Vijayawada to call on the Governor, his Telangana counterpart K Chandrasekhar Rao too paid a visit along with a huge contingent of his associates.

Narasimhan. 70 TRS leaders right from CM, deputy CMs, Telangana Assembly Speaker to MLAs greeted Governor one after another with flower bouquets on the occasion.

PM Narendra Modi also greeted Narasimhan over phone and conveyed his greetings.

Earlier, in the day, AP CM N Chandrababu Naidu visited the Raj Bhavan and greeted the Governor. He presented a shawl and a bouquet to the Governor. The Governor recalled his long association with Naidu and called him as his “old friend”.
