BRS working president KT Rama Rao lambasted Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy for neglecting Telangana’s pressing issues of irrigation and agriculture, while making frequent but fruitless trips to Delhi.
“Crops are withering, farmers are suffering, and irrigation remains unreviewed, yet the Chief Minister indulges is busy with unofficial media interactions in Delhi,” he remarked.
He mocked Revanth Reddy’s visits, stating that despite visiting Delhi for 39 times, the latter gained no
tangible benefits for Telangana, except for self-promotion in front of the media.
Questioning the relevance of the Chief Minister’s relations with Congress leadership, he asked what did Telangana gain from Revanth Reddy’s relationship with Rahul Gandhi.
“People are feeling betrayed, but instead of addressing their concerns, you are busy in Delhi,” he rebuked. Unable to fulfill electoral promises, he said Revanth Reddy was indulging in political rhetoric in and attempt to cover up incompetence.
