Collectors hoist national flags on 10th Telangana Formation Day

Adilabad: People and officials celebrated the 10th Telangana Formation Day at various places in the erstwhile Adilabad district on Sunday. BRS, Congress and BJP leaders made it a point to pay floral tributes to the Telangana martyrs and paid rich floral tributes to the Telangana martyrs. District collectors reeled out state government’s initiatives in Telangana, including the six guarantees for the welfare of all sections of society, effective implementation of the free RTC bus travel for women, LPG cylinders for Rs 500, free power up to 200 units, and Rajiv Arogya Sri treatment



up to Rs 10 lakh.

Collectors maintained that Prajapalana is going in Telangana under the state government led by Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, wherein all sections of the society are benefitting. Collectors Rajarshi Shah of Adilabad, Ashish Sangwan of Nirmal, Badawath Santhosh of Mancherial and Venkatesh Dhotre of Komaram Bheem Asifabad districts hoisted the national flag in their respective collectorate’s premises. They also received the guard of honour from police contingents on the occasion.
