Congress MP and Huzurnagar candidate N. Uttam Kumar Reddy cautioned the voters against trusting Chief Minister K. The former TPCC chief
said that financial aid of Rs 15,000 per acre will be given to farmers and tenant farmers annually, with additional benefits for paddy cultivators and farm labourers under the Rythu Bharosa scheme.
Free electricity of up to 200 units for households under Gruha Jyothi scheme, `5 lakh for house construction and land allocation, especially focusing on Telangana's heroes under the Indiramma houses scheme and empowerment of youth by way of course fees, will be among several schemes the Congress would implement in earnest, he said.
A comprehensive welfare plan providing monthly pensions to vulnerable groups, financial assistance to dalit and tribal communities and a health insurance plan under the Cheyutha scheme will also be extended, Reddy said.
