Couple killed in car-bike collision in Kamareddy

Kamareddy: A husband-wife duo died after the bike they were traveling on allegedly collided with a car in the suburbs of Nagadhar area on the Narayankhed-Kalher road late on Thursday.

The deceased were identified as V Sangayanayak(55) and his wife Sanghibai(45) of Mallur thanda.

According to reports, the couple



were heading towards Narayankhed to meet their relatives and as they reached near Nagadhar area, a speeding car hit them, killing them on the spot. Locals informed the police, who shifted the bodies to Narayankhed area hospital for postmortem.

A case was registered and investigation is underway.
