CV Anand is Special Observer for Tamil Nadu Elections

Anand has been deputed by the ECI to randomly check



whether all the systems and directions given by the ECI for expenditure control by the various parties like Static Surveillance Team, Flying Squads, Video Viewing & Surveillance Teams, GPS enabled vehicles for the above, Booth level Awareness Groups, CPMFs deployments, excise and distilleries activities, Banking and other transactions paid news, etc., are being followed or not.  Status reports will be submitted to the ECI for necessary action.
