Dense fog envelops Hyderabad

Dense fog enveloped parts of Hyderabad, particularly the city’s outskirts, during the early hours of Tuesday.

According to reports, the dense cover of fog led to a decrease in visibility in areas surrounding major highways including LB Nagar, Saroornagar, Vanasthalipuram along the Hyderabad-Vijayawada route.

A similar situation is prevalent along the



Bowenpally-Kompally (National Highway 44) route.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD)-Hyderabad in its forecast had indicated foggy conditions. “Foggy or misty conditions are likely to prevail during morning hours at isolated pockets over Telangana during the next three days. Minimum temperatures are likely to be normal during the next 3 days.
