The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) has launched a `dial your RTC officer' option with an aim to reach out to passengers, hear and redress their grievances. The move was necessitated as the RTC had been witnessing a change in passenger flow over the years.
With the coming in of the metro rail, the travel patterns are expected to
change. “In recent times the demand from suburban areas has been increasing. It is expected to increase further in the coming years. There is a need to study and realign services,“ said a senior official.
The first 'dial your RTC officer' initiative will be held on Monday April 24 between 5-6pm. The initiative will be held once a month.
