EC announces schedule for Biennial Elections to AP & Telangana State Legislative Councils

The Election Commission has announced the schedule for the Biennial Elections to Andhra Pradesh and Telangana State Legislative Councils to be elected by Members of Legislative Assembly.
Seven Members of Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council



and three Members of the Telangana State Legislative Council will be retiring on March 29 this year. Notification will be issued on February 28 and March 7 is the last date for nominations. Polling and Counting will be held on March 17.
