Tight security arrangements have been made in and around the venue as a large number of public likely to take part in the celebrations. Elaborate arrangements have also been made at district headquarters to celebrate the occasion.

The state government has released 15 crore rupees for the 3-day celebrations. Over 350 eminent personalities from different walks of life will be honoured with cash awards for their
