Evening garbage clearance from next Monday: Dana Kishore

The GHMC Commissioner, M Dana Kishore announced that starting next Monday, garbage will be cleared in the evenings as well. To this effect, the municipal corporation is providing four additional vehicles and bob cats for each municipal circle.

During a conference with officials here on Monday, Kishore said the street vendors and road side food vendors who conduct business



during night time were generating lot of garbage and throwing the same on road side causing problems in maintaining cleanliness.

Commissioner instructed the officials to conduct a special drive and to ensure that every street vendor maintains a dustbin to collect waste, within a week, according to a press release.
