Farmers set Tummala’s effigy on fire in Siddipet

Farmers took to the streets across the erstwhile Medak district minutes after Agriculture Minister Tummala Nageshwara Rao announced that there would be no disbursal of the Rythu Bharosa

financial input assistance for the Kharif season.

Farmers in Chinna Kodur set an effigy of the Agriculture Minister on fire in the mandal headquarters to mark their protest.
