Fire gutted a tyre warehouse at Patancheru

An early morning fire gutted a tyre warehouse at Patancheru near here on Thursday.

According to Fire officials, the incident occurred around 2 am when waste material in the warehouse caught fire.Six teams, including from the Patancheru and Sangareddy Fire Stations, were deployed on the spot to



carry out the fire fighting.

“Six fire tenders were roped in and efforts are going on to extinguish the flames,” said N Janya, Fire Station Officer, Patancheru.

The reasons behind the mishap are being ascertained. No casualties were reported.
