Five injured in LPG blast in Hyderabad

Five persons were injured in a suspected LPG cylinder explosion at Nanakramguda on Tuesday morning. The condition of two of the injured persons is stated to be critical.

According to the police, the incident happened at  a building in Nanakramguda early on Tuesday. A portion of the building was also



damaged.

The police shifted the injured to hospital. Teams of the local police and bomb detection teams are on the spot to check any sabotage angle.

Preliminary enquiries have pointed at the possibility of an LPG cylinder leakage triggering an explosion.
