Flyovers shut after 10 pm today

Except for the PVNR Expressway, Greenlands flyover and Langar Houz flyover, all other flyovers in the city and Necklace Road will remain closed for traffic from 10pm on Saturday till Sunday morning to avoid any untoward incidents during Shab E Meraj (Jagne Ki Raat) being observed by the faithfuls.

Traffic police have also issued an advisory asking



motorists travelling through Sheikpet to take alternative routes for 45 days from Saturday. Due to flyover construction work between Millenium Fitness Hub near Sheikpet Nala and G Narayanamma Engineering College on the Old Mumbai Highway, traffic police are anticipating slow movement of vehicles for 45 days.
