Former MP Meenakshi Natarajan named new AICC in-charge of Telangana

Former MP and senior Congress leader Meenakshi Natarajan has been named the new AICC in charge of Telangana with immediate effect.

AICC general secretary K.C. Venugopal in the orders issued on Friday (February 14, 2025) night announced two new party general secretaries in-charges for Punjab and Jammu



and Kashmir and nine in-charges.

Ms. Meenakshi Natarajan replaces Deepadas Munshi, who will now be in charge of Kerala. Mr. Deepadas Munshi had assumed the role of in charge of Telangana in December 2023 days after the Congress party rode to power in the State.
