Former TRS MLA Kaveti Sammaiah resigns from the party

A senior leader of erstwhile Adilabad and former MLA Kaveti Sammaiah along with wife, former municipal chairman Sai Leela resigned to the party. 

It is learned that Sammaiah was upset with KCR as he was not invited for the Praja Ashirwada Sabha held in Sirpur of



Khagaznagar. 

Announcing his resignation, Sammaiah said he struggled for the welfare of the party during its heydays in Adilabad.

Sammaiah won as MLA from Sirpur in 2009 and was defeated in the hands of BSP leader Koneru Kannappa in 2014 elections.
