Four Hyderabadi ISIS accused bail petitions refuse by court

Fourth Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge and NIA Court refuse the bail petitions of ISIS accused. Mohammed Ibrahim Yasdani, Habeeb Mohammed, Mohammed Ilyas Yazdani and Abdullah bin Mohammed. Their bail petitions were filed by Mr. M.A. Azeem, Advocate. The Advocate of NIA argued that the arrested youth have links with international terrorist



organization, ISIS. 

It is alleged that they had procured weapons and gunpowder from the city and other places with NIA foiled and arrested them. Since more investigations are in progress, it is not appropriate to release them on bail. After hearing the arguments of the Advocate of NIA, the judge dismissed bail petitions.
