GES delegates start arriving at HICC

The Hyderabad International Convention Centre, the main venue for the Global Entrepreneurship Summit beginning here later in the day, has started witnessing a steady flow of delegates.

With more than 1500 delegates, including entrepreneurs, supporters and government officials participating in the event, the HICC premises has seen a steady flow of vehicles from morning, many of them dropping off the delegates at the Novotel Hotel nearby too.

Registration of delegates too has begun. A



majority of those who have arrived at the venue are women, with this edition of the GES to have women forming 52.5 percent of its participants. The summit will be focusing on women entrepreneurs with the theme being ‘Women First, Prosperity for All’.

The venue is also witnessing last minute rehearsals for the inaugural function, which will have Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Ivanka Trump and others.
