GHMC council meet adjourned

As many as 138 corporators, 93 of them belonging to the TRS, stayed away from the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation council meeting held on Monday. 

Differences that arose between the local MLAs and corporators over the selection



of Area Sabha members sparked the absence of a section of council members.Even as Mayor, too, was unable to attend the meeting due to ill health, Deputy Mayor Baba Fasiuddin chaired meeting and adjourned it because of lack of quorum.
