GHMC earns Rs.739 cr through applications

Till date, total 22,246 application have been received through Development Permission Management System (DPMS) out of which 18,616 have been cleared. “Most of the applications have been cleared within 30 days,” said a top civic official .

Total Rs.739 crore has been collected by the GHMC



through DPMS applications in the financial year 2016-17. DPMS was stared in June 2016 to rectify the errors in online building permissions. The civic body has also proposed to set up a separate IT- centre at GHMC headquarters to help the applicants to rectify the errors in online building permission.
