GHMC opens offices in 13 wards

Thirteen ward offices of the GHMC were inaugurated on Wednesday as part of the civic body’s efforts to establish 150 ward offices in order to decentralise the administration process. While 137 ward offices were inaugurated in June by municipal administration and urban



development minister K.T. Rama Rao, 13 others were inaugurated on Wednesday.

Ward offices were also opened at Chintalbasti, Mehdipatnam and other places, where residents and other officials took part.
