GHMC sends notices to 20 dilapidated structures

GHMC on Wednesday sent notices to 20 G dilapidated structures located in areas such as Dabeerpura, Akberbagh, Darulshifa Road and Gowlipura and warned to pull them down if left unattended. “If these buildings are unattended, they can prove to be a serious



threat during monsoons. Out of these 20 structures, the demolition of four to five structures can be avoided if they are properly renovated,“ said a GHMC official of the Town Planning Wing. Many of these buildings are occupied by tenants.
