GHMC standing committee elections on June 8

The GHMC standing committee elections will be held on June 8. GHMC commissioner announced the election schedule for the 15-member standing committee on Friday.

According to a press release, nominations for election will be accepted from May 22 to 29 from

11am to 3pm. Scrutiny of the nominations will be held on May 31. While contested candidates list will be announced on June 3, polling will be held on June 8. Counting of votes will be taken up on the same day and results announced immediately.
