GHMC to introduce BAS system in all offices

The GHMC has decided to implement BAS system in all zonal and circle offices.  The corporation had introduced the BAS system in January this year. 

As many as 600 employees have been registered under this system and the civic body will now enroll Aadhaar-based biometric attendance system for 3,400 permanent employees working in 30 circle offices



and five zonal offices from next week.  

According to GHMC officials, Analogics Tech India Ltd has bagged the project for Rs 8 crore after participating in the tender process. The corporation has to pay Rs 13.33 lakh per month for a period of five years from the date of agreement.
