GHMC to organise 5k Run on May 13

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) is organising a 5k and 10k run on May 13 at Charminar to create awareness about the Charminar Pedestrian Project. The run would begin at 5:30 am from Charminar to Chandrayan Gutta. The citizens and students who are interested to participate can register on the website www.eventsnow.com . 

A meeting was conducted in the chambers of the commissioner where Musharaf Ali, Additional Commissioner and In-charge of the Charminar Pedestrian Project, Shruthi



Ojha, Additional Commissioner, Srinivas Reddy, Zonal Commissioner south and senior officials attended the meeting. 

While interacting with the officials the Commissioner said the GHMC will provide T-shirts and snacks for the participants. The In-charge Commissioner directed the Engineering wing officials to complete the road repairing works taken up in the areas where the run is being conducted which will be completed before May 10.
