The GHMC will sterilize 2.8 lakh stray dogs across the city, said GHMC Commissioner B. Janardhan Reddy
At a review meeting here on Tuesday, Mr. Reddy said four more animal Care Centres will be added to the existing five in the city so as support the 100 per cent stray dog vaccination measures undertaken by



the GHMC.
The GHMC is also planning to take up the services of government veterinary doctors to control dog menace in a more effective manner, informed the commissioner.
The GHMC is presently having a fleet of 17 vehicles with a staff of 102 to control dog menace in the twin cities.
